Editorial and Archival Separation
A boundary between neutral archival records and interpretive editorial analysis.
Archival Record
An archival record identifies an entity, documents dated changes, attaches sources, and states limitations. It does not grade the entity with promotional or disparaging labels.
Editorial Analysis
Interpretive arguments belong in clearly identified analysis pages and still require evidence, counterpoints, and limitations.
Reputational Language
Terms such as zombie, dead influence, failed institution, authority collapse, or irrelevant must not appear as archival status labels unless they are direct attributed quotations used for a legitimate historical purpose.
Cross-Linking
An archive record may link to an analysis page, but the archive record remains the canonical neutral identity node.
