Correction and Version History
A public route for material corrections, status revisions, duplicate consolidation, and archive version notes.
What Is Logged
Material date corrections, status changes, canonical URL changes, merged duplicate records, source replacements, and relationship-edge changes should be logged.
Version Model
Each change records the affected URL, previous statement, revised statement, evidence basis, review date, and archive version.
Rollback
The July 2026 importer stores pre-change post content and metadata in a dedicated backup table so the run can be rolled back.
Public Transparency
Minor grammar or formatting changes need not be listed publicly, but factual and classification changes should be visible.
